PrefabUtility.RevertPrefabInstance

public static bool RevertPrefabInstance(GameObject go);

Description

Resets the properties of all objects in the prefab, including child game objects and components that were added to the prefab instance.

All overrides will be cleared. However the transform.position and rotation of a root game object in a prefab instance will never be cleared.
