Fires when an interaction becomes a Manipulation gesture.
This event fires when a finger is pressed and then moves outside of the small Manipulation deadzone. This event does not fire for voice interactions and controllers.
ManipulationStartedEvent has been deprecated. Use ManipulationStarted instead.
