graph The PlayableGraph object that will own the VideoClipPlayable.
looping Indicates if VideoClip loops when it reaches the end.
clip VideoClip used to produce textures in the PlayableGraph.

VideoClipPlayable A VideoClipPlayable linked to the PlayableGraph.
