Description

Dispose must be called to shutdown the PhotoCapture instance.

If your PhotoCapture instance successfully called PhotoCapture.StartPhotoModeAsync, you must make sure that you call PhotoCapture.StopPhotoModeAsync before disposing your PhotoCapture instance.
