Allows you to select Standard Shader Quality.

It will set one of UNITY_PBS_USE_BRDF3, UNITY_PBS_USE_BRDF2, UNITY_PBS_USE_BRDF1 shader compiler defines (for Low, Medium, High quality respectively) and tweak UNITY_BRDF_PBS shader compiler define accordingly.
